Our products are licensed for one workstation. If one license is purchased, the software can be installed on one machine. Agents can be installed on a
customized number of computers, depending on the purchased license. Net prices do not include VAT tax.
Terms and conditions of sale:
- Each purchase is complimented with 12 months of free updates and technical support!
- Individual nVision modules can be ordered independently – according to your requirements – so you do not have to pay for items you do not require.
- Our software can be purchased through an installment plan.

Service Agreement Renewal
After expiry of our Service Agreement, we advise our customers to purchase the
Service Agreement Renewal (another 12 months of technical support and upgrades),
which costs 20% of the product base price.
Methods of payment
You can pay in USD, Euro and several other currencies for all
online orders.
You will receive your product and a product manual in an electronic version delivered
over the web. No diskette or printed manual will be shipped to you.
If ordering online, please note that we process all of our orders through the secure web
page of our partner Share-It (Element 5; located in USA and Germany), which will be reflected in your credit card billing.
Ordering by fax & Purchase orders
We accept purchase orders from USA, Canada, European Union and other countries. Customers from European Union will receive VAT invoice.
