Supplying data is voluntary, but it is required by Axence in for contact purposes by. The personal data of the website users are administered by the service provider, i.e. Axence Sp. z o.o. Each user has the right to access their personal data, the right to correct or complete the data, as well as the right to demand that the processing of their personal data be discontinued and the data be deleted. Data are collected in order that Axence is able to make contact.

Service Agreement

  • guarantees 12 months of technical support (phone and e-mail-based, individual online sessions) and software updates (all new versions and updates published within this period)
  • each new license purchased comes with free Service Agreement (for 12 months)
  • when Service Agreement expires, it can be optionally extended for the next 12 months; the cost of the Service Agreement renewal is 20% of the current base price of the software
  • users with the free software version (10 Agents or less) can purchase the Service Agreement for 100 USD/100 EUR annually.

Licensing

  • Axence nVision® requires one license per network, even if it includes sub-networks
  • with one license purchased, the software can be installed on one server (1 license = 1 server, number of management consoles = unlimited)
  • software can monitor the number of workstations determined by the purchased license
  • the Network module can monitor the number of network devices specified by the purchased license
  • the Inventory, Users, HelpDesk and DataGuard modules require an Agent to be installed on the number of workstations specified by the purchased license
  • purchased licenses do not expire (they are not limited in time) and has the form of an activation code which is manually pasted into the programme or downloaded from the Axence Account.
  • Each license change, including expansion of the license, change of the Maintenance Agreement period, or extension of the license validity period, is performed with the use of the Axence Account, and the Customer does not receive any additional/ new code. The automatically modified license is sent to Axence nVision.
  • teaching with nVision – Axence for Education: Axence nVision can be provided free of charge for teaching and educational purposes to high schools and universities, both public and private

Freemium version

  • The free Axence nVision® license (Freemium license) is made available to all interested parties. All you need to do is download the Axence nVision® installer and register the free version in the program. It allows you to test the software's capabilities and use it in small networks or organizations.
  • The Freemium version provides all the features of the Network module. Other modules are limited to 10 workstations only (Agents on end devices).
  • The Freemium version has the following limitations:
    • it requires an Internet connection (both in the process of activating the program and later, during its use),
    • it is limited to 1 installation per network (1 public IP address),
    • it is limited to 1 installation per Axence Account (email address of the user account on the site),
    • the HelpDesk module is limited to 10 HelpDesk user accounts (including the Administrator account),
    • remote access feature is not available in the HelpDesk module,
    • AdminCenter is limited to 1 dashboard with a limit of 3 widgets,
    • the version cannot be used to provide services to third parties.
  • Using the free version without a valid Service Agreement does not entitle you to access the Technical Support service. The Service Agreement can be purchased by contacting sales@axence.net.

AdminCenter

  • Users of the paid nVision license can create an unlimited number of dashboards.
  • The free nVision (Freemium) license enables the use of only one dashboard with 3 widgets.
  • Users of the free nVision (Freemium) license can gain access to an unlimited number of dashboards by purchasing a Service Agreement for their license. More information at sales@axence.net.
  • The data provided to AdminCenter is dependent on the modules you currently possess and the number of workstations. For more information, visit: axence.net/admincenter
